Both Special Envoy of the President of Russia Kirill Dmitriev and U.S. Special Envoy Steve Witkoff announced separately that their meeting on Jan. 31 in Miami, was “constructive” and “productive.” Dmitriev’s trip to Miami and his early arrival on Jan. 31 weren’t previously announced by Moscow, reported RT.
Dmitriev’s post on X was short and to the point: “Constructive meeting with the U.S. peacemaking delegation. Productive discussion also on the U.S.–Russia Economic Working Group.”
