Russian Expert on ‘How Western Europe Learned To Stop Worrying and Talk Casually about Nuclear War’

Timofey Bordachev, the Program Director of the Valdai Club, wrote on Feb. 7 in RT that “The West’s most irresponsible debate is happening in the European Union.” He adds that the discussion on this issue “suggest something more troubling than disagreement: a growing frivolity toward weapons whose sole historical purpose has been mass annihilation.”
