On Feb. 4, Ukraine’s acting president Volodymyr Zelenskyy urged the European “Coalition of the Willing” to ignore their legal mandates and send their missile stockpiles to Ukraine. Speaking at a press conference in Kiev with Czech President Petr Pavel, he reported that Ukraine had run out of ammunition in between irregular deliveries.
