Harlan ‘Nuke 'em’ Ullman Ranks in Epstein Class as Client of D.C. Madame

Harlan Ullman, the U.S. military strategist who most recently advocated a nuclear hit on Iran, has enduring fame in the Epstein Class, for Ullman’s name and phone number being listed in the records of the prostitution ring run by the “D.C. Madame,” which were made public in 2007. Deborah Jeane Palfrey, called the D.C. Madame by the media, ran her operation in Washington for some 13 years, with over 800 rich and famous clients centered in the U.S. Capital. Ullman is also credited as a Pentagon adviser for coming up with the phrase “shock and awe” for the strategy of extreme destruction.
