The Hungarian parliament rejected, in a 142-28-4 vote, Ukraine’s accession to the European Union, as well as financial or military support for the war. Since the beginning of the war, the EU has provided €193.3 support for Ukraine, nearly three times what Hungary has received in all the years it has been in the EU. The resolution claims that in the coming seven years, Ukraine is on track to receive €360 billion, $800 billion for reconstruction in the next ten years, and $700 billion in military assistance.
