Palantir to Get Permanent Lock on the Pentagon

Palantir’s Maven Smart System is going to become the Pentagon’s “program of record” for targeting. According to Reuters yesterday, Deputy Secretary of Defense Steve Feinberg has announced this in a memo. In the March 9 letter to senior Pentagon leaders and U.S. military commanders, Feinberg said that embedding Palantir’s Maven Smart System would provide warfighters “with the latest tools necessary to detect, deter, and dominate our adversaries in all domains.” Assumedly, if they refuse to be dominated, they would be destroyed.
