As of March 21, he claimed that more than 80,000 civilian sites have been hit, with three-quarters of them outside of Tehran itself. Included in this are 281 medical centers and 498 schools. Hundreds of women and children have been killed. He specified that, of those hundreds, 231 were women. Over 100 medical staff are casualties, including at least 12 deaths.

Red Crescent operations themselves have been hit, with missiles hitting 17 Red Crescent Red Crescent centers, 3 medical helicopters and 48 ambulances and vehicles. Of their medical staff and their own workers, 22 have died. He cited the bombing of an ambulance in Lar, Iran: “Nothing at all was left of the ambulance while they were transporting injured people,” he said in a video published by the Red Crescent Society.
