That is U.S. President Donald Trump’s latest mafia-style message to President of Mexico Claudio Sheinbaum. Amongst his various chest-thumpings against Iran, Trump reposted on his Truth Social on March 13 an X post in Spanish and English which reads: “Claudia Sheinbaum admits that Donald Trump called her to offer to wipe out the cartels, and that she refused U.S. intervention: `That’s right, we said No, proudly NO.’ And yet she claims they aren’t a narco-government?”
Included in the post is a clip of President Sheinbaum saying at one of her morning press conferences that it is fine that President Trump says “that when they have proposed that the United States Army enter Mexico, we said no.”
