Asked by RealClearPolitics’ Phil Wegmann whether he had “discussed that with Israeli leaders, and does the United States support a potential Israeli invasion of Lebanon?,” Trump began his rambling—an account that may go down in history as a textbook example of ‘the banality of evil.'
