During a speech before the U.K. Parliament on March 18, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy claimed that over 200 Ukrainian military experts are already in the Persian Gulf region to help counter Iranian drones, reported Al Jazeera. “These are military experts, experts who know how to help, how to defend against Shahed drones,” Zelenskyy said. The countries allegedly include the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, and soon Kuwait.
Zelenskyy had first announced the news on March 15.
