Was Alleged Iranian Attack on Diego Garcia an Israeli 'False Flag' Operation?

Could the alleged Iranian firing of two ballistic missiles at Diego Garcia in the Indian Ocean have been an Israeli hoax, the purpose of which is clearly to suck European countries into the war against Iran, perhaps even NATO itself? The IDF stated on X yesterday, “We have been saying it: The Iranian terrorist regime poses a global threat. Now, with missiles that can reach London, Paris or Berlin. They fired an intercontinental ballistic missile on Diego Garcia—that’s 4,000 kilometers.” Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu told reporters, “I’ve been warning all the time. They have now the capacity to reach deep into Europe. They already have fired on a European country, Cyprus. They are putting everyone in their sights.”

NATO chief Mark Rutte has jumped halfway on board. “We cannot confirm that at the moment, so we’re looking into that. But if this would be true, it is the more evidence that what the President is doing here, taking out the ballistic missile capability, taking out the nuclear capability from Iran, is crucial,” he told CBS News host Margaret Brennan yesterday.
