American Destroyer USS Spruance Intercepts Iranian-flagged Cargo Ship

According to a U.S. Central Command press release, Guided Missile Destroyer USS Spruance warned the Iranian-flagged cargo ship Tuska not to attempt to enter an Iranian port. After six hours, the Americans launched missiles which struck the engine room of the cargo ship. “U.S. Marines from the 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit later boarded the non-compliant vessel, which remains in U.S. custody.”
