Dmitriev Warns of Economic 'Tsunami' Hitting Europe

In late March, Kremlin economic envoy Kirill Dmitriev wrote on social media that “an oil and gas price tsunami is about to devastate Europe.” On April 1 he specified, according to TASS, the “five EU countries he believes are especially hurt by the current Gulf energy shock: Italy, Germany, Poland, Belgium, and Romania.”
