“On August 6, 1945, the Atomic bombing of Hiroshima was carried out by U.S. forces, instantly killing 90,000 people, with an additional 50,000 later dying from after effects such as radiation exposure.
“On August 9, 1945, the Atomic bombing of Nagasaki was carried out by U.S. forces, instantly killing 40,000 people, with a further 30,000 later dying from aftereffects.
