The Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations announced that, on the order of the President, they have sent a shipment of 27 tons of humanitarian aid to Lebanon. Items included mobile power stations, food, tents, blankets, and sleeping kits. The aircraft will also bring back Russian citizens who wish to leave the country.
