Israel to Lebanon: ‘You Cease, We Fire’

In Lebanon, following the signing of the so-called framework agreement on Friday, Israel is continuing with its philosophy of “you cease, we fire.” The Israeli military said it carried out airstrikes on Saturday targeting “terror operatives” in the Nabatieh area of southern Lebanon, reported the Times of Israel. An Israeli military spokesperson said one strike on Saturday targeted “suspected terrorists who posted a threat to IDF soldiers” in the Nabatieh area. “The results of the strike are still being assessed.”
