Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi said on Tuesday at the BRICS Security Forum in New Delhi, India, in response to the developments in Iran, that “while the law of the jungle may prevail temporarily, it is not sustainable,” according to a readout released by the Chinese Foreign Ministry. The report referenced four key points: the importance of “upholding international rules;” of “respecting national sovereignty;” of “establishing a new security concept” which respects the security of all nations; and of “understanding new forms of warfare,” including non-traditional forms of warfare such as information warfare and cyber warfare.
