German Government Pretends "High Threat Level" on Terrorism

The German Government applies Trump-style warnings against alleged Terror threats. Claiming,

without presenting any evidence, that the risk of terrorist attacks must now be expected “at any time,” Federal Interior Minister Alexander Dobrindt (CSU) told the Sunday tabloid Welt am Sonntag there was a necessity of upgrading “the previously described abstract threat level to a high threat level.”

“Plans for attacks against our country are clearly evident,” Dobrindt told Welt am Sonntag, adding that in addition to German infrastructure also individuals or institutions were targeted by terrorists.

If police forces were not available in certain situations, counterintelligence agents would have to enter and search homes, Dobrindt said. (rap)
