The Russian Foreign Ministry warned July 30 that continuing attacks on tankers and energy infrastructure in the Black Sea are inflicting mounting damage on the international energy trade, including on the interests of Kiev’s supporters.
Early on July 30, a tanker was struck while loading oil at the Caspian Pipeline Consortium (CPC) terminal near Novorossiysk, Russia on the Black Sea, according to a statement by the CPC, reported TASS. A second tanker was attacked six nautical miles out while approaching the terminal. There were reportedly no casualties and no oil spill. The tankers are both Greek-owned and are sailing under the flags of the Marshall Islands and Malta, respectively.
