Until now, Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu has allowed U.S. President Trump the pretense that he wasn’t tricked into attacking Iran. On Sunday, speaking in Hebrew on Channel 14, Netanyahu bragged to his election audience: “I’ve been against Iran for almost 40 years,” and “it took a long time to bring the United States to its senses.” He was able to do it, Netanyahu said, because he had “close to 1,000 hours on American television with the ability to influence the United States—with the intimate knowledge of all its leaders, both those who support us and those who don’t support us.”
That is, Netanyahu had “intimate knowledge” that changed U.S. leaders to favor getting into the present Iran quagmire. Epstein class, anyone?
