Slovakia’s Prime Minister Robert Fico today posted important advice to the parties losing their position in Europe today. He [posted on X](https://x.com/RobertFicoSVK/status/2096918334306443277
) the following message:
“In democratic regional elections, German voters handed one party – AfD – a decisive victory. This is the sovereign decision of voters in a sovereign country, and therefore it is inappropriate to portray the election result as the end of democracy or as something terrifying.
“Generally speaking, when governing parties fail to address illegal migration, adopt militant positions and support wars, and refuse to acknowledge the alarming impact of European climate policy on competitiveness, they lose elections and are replaced by other parties that often offer simple, but nevertheless concrete, solutions.”
Then came his cautionary warning: “I have only one wish: that this result in the German regional elections does not lead to war with Russia being presented as the only way to distract from the defeat of the governing parties. Because, as the old saying goes, Germany does not make small mistakes.”
Yesterday Prime Minister Fico told media that the entire NATO effort to destroy Russia has failed. “If the Western countries with the greatest influence had not prevented Ukraine from signing the agreement with Russia, which was ready as early as April 2022, the conflict would have ended long ago…. This strategy has completely failed. However, the West still refuses to admit its mistake and continues to add fuel to the fires of war. After all, it’s not British, German, or French soldiers who are dying today. The situation is becoming even more dangerous, as further militarization, rising tensions, and the threat of global conflict could become a recipe for political survival for some politicians unable to cope with the economic downturn and the consequences of a misguided migration policy.”
