There is extreme danger of a breakout to regional war in Southwest Asia, with the latest confrontation on the Arabian Peninsula. At the same time, the global economic shocks worsen from the disruptions to commodity transit in the Red Sea, Persian Gulf, Black Sea, Baltic Sea, and are now threatened even in the northern passage of the Arctic.

The talk of more warfare in recent days comes from nations and geopolitical interests ready to stoke further warfare on the Arabian Peninsula, by taking military action in the name of aiding Saudi Arabia against Ansar Allah, whose forces have recently taken certain control positions at the Bab el-Mandeb Strait, between the Red Sea and Gulf of Aden. From London, Prime Minister Andy Burnham makes the classic offer for British geopolitical services to provide “aid” to Saudi Arabia. From Pakistan, Defense Minister Khawaja Asif has spoken out about the need to protect the holy cities, and to act under the Mecca Pact—among Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Turkiye. From Israel come voices ridiculing the Mecca Pact, offering instead for Israel to come to the “aid” of Saudi Arabia.

All these reactive options are coherent with the Western model of rule-by-force seen in the United States-Israel war initiated against Iran in the first place, and in the European elite’s perpetuation of the Ukraine proxy warfare against Russia, not to mention the U.S. imperial Western Hemisphere campaign for dominance, “Shield of the Americas,” established this year.

This past week Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney, the international bankster, did his bit for aligning Canada with Europe against Russia, with a three-day trip to London, Brussels, and Strasbourg, talking of a new Canada-EU relationship, a new bank to fund Western military forces, and other grand visions of power. On Sunday Carney and French President Emmanuel Macron are to meet near Newfoundland.

That all these initiatives are inherently dangerous and a dead end for humanity—perhaps literally, unless stopped—is conveyed by President Trump’s latest pronouncement about what will happen next regarding the United States and Iran. Last night he said in an Axios interview, “I have a big decision coming up. Do I want to go in and annihilate them [Iranian leadership] or do I not? It’s a big decision. Anything could happen with me.” A meeting is planned for Trump next week in New York with the members of the Persian Gulf states, on the sidelines of the opening day of the UN General Assembly General Debate Sept. 22. There is also talk of Trump meeting Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in New York.

He said that it is not the way Trump put it concerning the United States and Iran, when he said: “Anything can happen with me.” Small explained, the truth is: “Anything can happen to Trump,” meaning, he is as manipulated as the next guy, along with Mark Carney and other figures, by the prevailing Western war model of the Epstein billionaire elite—call it what you will—class of degenerates, still in exercising power. Same goes for the European war leaders, not supported by their populations, but continuing to wreak havoc.

An entirely different model of relations among nations was advanced last weekend at the BRICS Summit in New Delhi, whose 21 BRICS member and partner nations represent close to half the world’s population. Summit host Prime Minister Narendra Modi, after a productive, 50-minute meeting with Chinese President Xi Jinping, said that the two nations were “partners not rivals,” which concept characterized the entire weekend of interactions among dozens of delegations.

For example, Iran’s President Masoud Pezeshkian was present, participating fully in Summit sessions and meetings on the sidelines—a complete rejection of the Trump/Scott Bessent “Operation Economic Outcast” decree that no nation may have commercial dealings with Iran. If they do, the United States will punish them. So what. During the Summit, for example, economic agreements were made between Iran and India, and with Iran and the Eurasian Economic Union.
