I’m a subscriber, but I’m not receiving the emails.

Sign in to your account, if you haven't already.
Go to your account settings.
Check to see that you are set to receive emails. Make sure the slider next to “Email newsletter” is turned on. (You may have forwarded the newsletter to someone who then clicked the unsubscribe link.)
Click the “Not receiving emails?” link for additional troubleshooting information.

I’m a subscriber, but I’m seeing a paywall and a Subscribe button.

The website does not know that you’re a subscriber.

Sign in to your account, and you will have access.

This has to be done once per device. If you logged in on your computer, but then go to the site on your phone, it will not recognize your phone without signing in again.

To fix this, do not click the “Sign in to EIR News” button in your email. Instead copy the URL below and paste it into your web browser.

Explanation: Depending on your iPhone settings, clicking the sign in link may open a temporary web browser through your email app. You’d be able to read everything, but the website would not remember you, since the temporary web browser is new every time.

If you are using incognito mode, private browsing, tor, or similar privacy features, the website will not recognize you if you close the browser or set up a new tor circuit.

Please use eir.news from a normal web browser, so it can remember you when you come back.

I want access to the website, but prefer not to receive daily emails.

Sign in to your account, if you haven't already.
Go to your account settings.
Click the slider next to “Email newsletter” to turn it off daily emails.

Note: Unsubscribing from daily emails does not end a paid subscription. You can change your plan from your account settings.
