Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council Dmitry Medvedev issued a report, covered in Kommersant, entitled “How the Anglo-Saxons Promoted Fascism in the 20th Century and Revived It in the 21st.” A preliminary look at the paper indicates that Medvedev goes through the support of the Nazis by the major Anglo-American financial interests in the 1930s, in order to create a bulwark against the Soviet Union. He references a book by Guido Preparata, Conjuring Hitler: How Great Britain and America Created the Third Reich and Destroyed Europe as a key source.
