German Supreme Court Rules for Automakers, Against Greenies

The Constitutional Court of Germany on March 23 ruled for automobile producers and against claimants of the greenie Deutsche Umwelthilfe (DUH), a notorious extortion racket specializing in “environmental” issues, which has sought a court ruling to impose a ban on leading automobile producers BMW and Mercedes against putting new vehicles with internal combustion engines on the market—not just starting on October 31, 2030—the official date set by the government and the EU Commission—but even before that—actually, right away.
