December the Deadliest Month in U.S.

December has been the nation’s deadliest month for Covid-19 deaths, with 63,000 American deaths thus far, compared to just under 332,000 in November. CNN reports that “Another 193,000 could lose their lives over the next two months, according to predictions from the University of Washington’s Institute for Health Metrics and Evaluation.”
