Norway became the first European country to begin relaxing the latest round of coronavirus restrictions, allowing people to once again allow visitors into their homes; the schools are opening; and outdoor sports will also be reinstated. Norway has had just 521 deaths from covid-19 (with a population of 5.4 million,), compared with 10,323 in Sweden (population 10 million).
