Pence Throws Cold Water on Creative Legal Theories

Vice President Mike Pence threw cold water on the legally indefensible calls on him to operate under some interpretation of the 12th Amendment or the 1887 Electoral Count Act to refuse to recognize the electoral results of states with evidence of fraud or elections conducted in a manner other than that prescribed by their legislatures.
