Goods-producing employment — here, manufacturing, mining/extraction and construction employment — was 780,000 jobs below its peak, slightly earlier, in August 2019. Crash programs of vital new infrastructure platforms in energy, water, power and space exploration, and cooperation with other nations in building new healthcare platforms in third countries, would help.
