WFP’s Beasley Warns: Relief Rations To Be Cut in Half for 8 Million Yemeni as of January, Unless Funding Comes

David Beasley, the World Food Program Executive Director, has issued a severe warning about Yemen. He tweeted Dec. 22, “We hoped the day would not come. But, it is HERE. We have run out of time and $$$ for Yemen. From January, we’ll be cutting rations for 8 million people. Is it acceptable to take food from the hungry to feed the starving?? The world must step up NOW.”
