Finnish Official Reports Russia Is Thinking About Cuban Missile Crisis

The White House announced on Feb. 25 another $350 million in military aid to the Kiev regime, while that was quickly supplanted by much larger amounts under discussion and likely to be voted in Congress. The White House’s package includes anti-armor missiles, including antitank Javelin missiles; small arms; body armor; and various other munitions “in support of Ukraine’s front-line defenders who are facing down Russia’s brutal attack,” a senior defense official said on Feb. 25.

The White House has also asked Congress to approve $6.4 billion in new emergency aid for Ukraine. Some Members want to raise it to $10 billion or more; however, less than a third of the $6.4 billion was humanitarian aid to Ukraine; the rest would go to the Pentagon for weapons.
