There are new reports of a fire in a Russian ammo depot at a facility of the Ministry of Defense in Belgorod, some 40 miles north of the Ukrainian border. Seven buildings were affected by the fire and one person died in the fire. But as the Ukrainians warned, without taking attribution, that such incidents may occur in the course of this conflict, and in the wake of Secretary of State Tony Blinken’s having given Ukraine what amounts to a green light to launch attacks within Russia.
