Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov confirmed today that Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov will be going to Turkey, next week, for meetings that will include discussions about freeing up grain shipments in Ukrainian ports. “Indeed, next week our foreign minister will be in Turkey, he has some scheduled contacts there,” Peskov replied when asked about Turkish statements to such effect. “And, of course, in the continuation of the top-level telephone conversation, the topic of Ukrainian grain will be high on the agenda.”
