July 5, 2022 (EIRNS) On Sunday, 70 members of the Russian embassy in Sofia—diplomats, cooks, gardeners, and drivers—left Bulgaria, following that nation’s expulsion on Friday.
This is the largest expulsion by a western country since 1971, when Britain expelled 105 diplomats during the Cold War.
