Official inflation in the Eurozone in August is 9.1% on average. The highest figures are in the Baltic countries: Estonia 25.2%, Lithuania 21.1 and Latvia 20.8%. Among the largest economies, France has a slowdown from 6.8 to 6.5, which is explainable with lower prices of nuclear-produced electricity. Germany, the largest economy, reached another record with 8.8%. Italy, the third largest economy, has 8.4%, the highest since 1985.
