Pentagon Unveils New B-21 Stealth Bomber

The US Department of Defense revealed the first B-21 stealth bomber in a lavish ceremony at Air Force Plant 42 in Palmdale, California, last night, that was designed to hype the aircraft without actually revealing anything we didn’t already know, which isn’t much. The aircraft was towed just far enough out of the hangar to bring the nose under the lights. No view of the aircraft was allowed besides a straight-on shot of the nose which revealed very little about the aircraft’s configuration. When the ceremony was over the lights were shut off and it was pushed back into the hangar.
