Russian and Egyptian Foreign Ministers Discuss Development Cooperation

Sputnik and other news agencies reported on a telephone meeting on Dec. 17 between Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and Egyptian Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry, regarding deepening the development of bilateral cooperation. They also discussed concerns regarding the situations in West Asia and North Africa. There was also extensive discussion of the prospects for expanding cooperation in the field of energy, industry, agriculture, and the implementation of major joint projects.
