Poland’s Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki was interviewed on Polsat television last night to crank up the pressure on Germany, as part of Poland’s drive for a ‘tank coalition’ for Ukraine. Morawiecki is aiming to put together, urgently, an assortment of 100 tanks to keep Ukraine fighting against an expected Russian offensive, “probably,” he said, as early as February. Poland is offering 14 Leopard 2 tanks and is calling upon, in particular, Germany, France, Finland, and Denmark.
