Today, the lead article on the website of the Russian Federation’s “National Committee on BRICS Research” is a reprint of the June 16 EIR article by Dennis Small and Mary Jane Freeman, which outlines LaRouche’s specifications of principles for the new international monetary system now in formation. The BRICS Research Committee titled the article, “Essentials of Physical Economy for a BRICS Transition to a New International Monetary System.” This BRICS website had recently republished the accompanying article, “A Summary Chronology: ‘The ‘Dollar as Weapon’ and the Response.”
This publication is a follow-up to presentations last fall by Helga Zepp-LaRouche and Richard A. Black on LaRouche’s principles of physical economy to a major Moscow conference keynoted by Vyacheslav Nikonov, deputy chairman of the International Affairs Committee of the Duma, and executive chairman of Russia’s “National Committee on BRICS Research.”
