Russian Ambassador to the U.S. Denounces U.S. Sending of Clusters Munitions to Ukraine, America’s "Dilapidated Moral Principles"

Anatoly Antonov, Russian Ambassador to the United States, lambasted NATO’s and the United States’ decision to deploy cluster munitions to Ukraine, whose real effect will be to increase the “kill rate” on the battlefield, and to deposit unexploded munitions that will maim and kill Russian and Ukrainian civilians for years to come. He also, according to Tass, attacked the American downward spiral into “moral dilapidat[ion],” “double standards,” and “cynicism.”
