Hunter Biden, son of President Joe Biden, was indicted today by a federal grand jury in Delaware, for unlawful possession of a gun and lying about his drug habit in order to obtain a firearm. The indictment charges that, in October 2018, Biden “knowingly made a false and fictitious written statement” to a licensed arms dealer. On the background check form, Biden declared that he was not a drug addict, so as to be able to buy a Colt Cobra 38SPL revolver. He has since admitted to being addicted to crack cocaine, with little memory of 2018 or 2019. The gun was thrown away by his lover, his sister-in-law Hallie Biden, the widow of his brother.
