The Third Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation began on Oct. 17, with a meeting of more than 1,200 people from more than 80 countries in the Belt and Road CEO Conference. More than 300 were involved in signing deals at the event, deals that largely involved technology, agriculture, medicine, and soft services in finance and consultancy.
