Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova reported on her Telegram on Sunday that Arab League Secretary General Aboul Gheit is on his way to Moscow, at the invitation of Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, for meetings on Monday, Oct. 9. “We have a busy agenda, but given the dramatic escalation of the Arab-Israeli conflict, this issue will receive the utmost attention,” she noted, Sputnik reported.
