Gaza Is Humanity’s Mirror

by Dennis Speed (EIRNS) — Nov. 15, 2023

As His Satanic Majesty, Prince Charles of England, and his infernal “Colonial Office,” now extended to include the United States State Department, position Perfidious Albion for a “Battle of the Bulge"-style assault on humanity at the upcoming COP28 conference, the two-front “Anglosphere” world war against Russia and China is entering a new, potentially more destructive phase. The danger will increase. Now, unique ideas and solutions, such as those of the late economist and statesman Lyndon LaRouche, based on the physical-economic transformation of the living standards of millions, tens of millions, and hundreds of million of people, rather than mere “political” solutions, must become hegemonic.

In the realm of solutions, King Mohammed VI of Morocco, in a recent speech at the African Investment Forum, outlined the Nigeria-Morocco Gas Pipeline, a plan, already significantly underway, to bring electricity to 400 million people of the Sahel region of Africa, a joint project with Nigeria and 14 other nations, that “will enable all countries along the pipeline route to have access to reliable energy supplies....” The 5,300 km pipeline would connect Nigeria, Benin, Togo, Ghana, Côte d’Ivoire, Liberia, Sierra Leone, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, The Gambia, Senegal, and Mauritania), ending at Tangiers, Morocco, and Cádiz, Spain.

This is the outlook of the “Colonialism Is Over” movement of the BRICS-Plus nations, that are proceeding in their march out of poverty to economic independence. This does not sit well with Charles, or with Empire administrators like Barack Obama, Tony Blair, former Governor of the Bank of England Mark Carney, or the multitude of “Green NATO” military apparatchiks which carry out wars of destruction that, possibly unbeknownst to them, poise the world only a hair-trigger away from thermonuclear war. All who would truly seek solutions to war, anywhere, must insist that any “local” conflict in the world today—in Europe, Asia, South America, Africa—be viewed from the standpoint of the dying Anglosphere’s stubborn and probably terminal insistence on the violent preservation of its doomed monetary system, and the despotic power thereunto attached, through war. Whatever, however, their capacity for destruction may be, the Anglosphere’s moral authority in the world, and also internally, has, in any case, all but evaporated.

Inevitably, a return to relative sanity will require a reassertion of the essential difference between human beings and animals, as the bestial remarks of certain members of the Israeli cabinet, concerning the people of the Gaza Strip, have made too abundantly clear. For example, since the three monotheisms, Judaism, Christianity and Islam—all of which, regard Jerusalem as their spiritual center all eschew human sacrifice in general, and child sacrifice in particular—why have the religious leaders of all three not combined forces to demand an end to the killing in Gaza? “Christian” crusaders, “Muslim” jihadists, and “Jewish” vigilantes have all mass-murdered the innocent, in the name of God, for centuries, it is true; but why not take this moment to end that practice, which smacks more of the bloody tradition of the pagan rites of the Greek House of Atreus than of a divinely inspired monotheism? Nicholas of Cusa’s De Pace Fidel dialogue should, must be circulated as widely as possible among prospective religious and other figures that are prepared to, in the present ongoing “political discussions,” rise above the idea of man as a beast.

The eyewitness testimony of a Norwegian doctor who has worked at Al-Shifa Hospital in Gaza City for 16 years; the testimony of a nurse from the United States, working in Gaza, about how her Palestinian co-workers kept her from starving to death and safe, even as they received news of their family members being killed in the ongoing bombings, and that she “Would return to Gaza in a heartbeat,” if permitted to do so; the announcement by the government of Belize that it is suspending diplomatic relations with Israel because, “Despite our requests, Israel has not stopped its violations of international humanitarian law nor allowed relief workers to alleviate the suffering of millions of Gazans”; and Brazilian President Lula’s denunciation of Israel as “killing innocent people without any criteria”—these statements, are not partisan, but reflect the stirring of the conscience of the world. But we must go beyond that.

Is it the case that the killing of civilians in Gaza is a by-product of, or the actual objective in Gaza? Was the Hamas attack, whatever one says about its undeniable brutality, an essential and necessary military action from Hamas’s standpoint that has in fact succeeded in raising the cause of the Palestinian people once more to world attention? Some, such as analyst Scott Ritter, are arguing that. These sorts of questions are now being forced to the surface in everyday conversation, in multiple venues, throughout the world, particularly the trans-Atlantic world. That is a good thing. But it falls woefully short of confronting the real task before the world.

President Widodo of Indonesia, a predominantly Muslim nation of 277 million people, the fourth-largest in the world, brought the Southwest Asia matter up to President Biden on Monday, Nov. 13, even before they began their official visit. “Indonesia appeals to the U.S. to do more to stop the atrocities in Gaza. Ceasefire is a must for the sake of humanity.” On Tuesday, Washington was the scene of a “pro-Israel” demonstration of well over 100,000 people (officials reported it as 200,000) with Congressmen Richie Torres, Brett Gelman, House Speaker Mike Johnson, and Sen. Chuck Schumer among the speakers. Just this past Saturday, Nov. 11, some 300,000 people demonstrated in London against the Israeli military actions. Every day scores of demonstrations and walkouts are happening. French President Macron was forced to walk back his “almost human” remarks of five days ago, when he said that there was “no justification” for the bombing, particularly of hospitals, and called for a ceasefire. Then, there was a Sunday, Nov. 12 demonstration of 100,000 in Paris, by which time Macron had been psychologically beaten into submission. But would those demonstrators agree with the views of certain Israeli rabbis, such as “Rabbis Yitzhak Shapira and Yosef Elitzur (who) explicitly wrote … in their 2009 book Torat Hamelech (King’s Torah), claiming that … babies can often be in the way of killing the enemy and that their killing is therefore permitted. In addition, they wrote their murder is permitted under the justification that these babies ‘will grow to harm us.’” Clearly, there is a significant battle for the conscience of humanity, and it can be won by our forces, with our method.

Former British Prime Ministers Tony Blair (Labour) and David Cameron (Conservative) are both being shuffled into position as the British establishment frets that it is no longer in a position to demand a Malthusian “Great Reset.” The destruction of the three monotheisms, through the process of war, including a possible use of a “tactical” nuclear weapon, is but “collateral damage” for the unholy Crusade being carried out by His Satanic Majesty. After all, the Israel Defense Forces have already dropped 30,000 tons of bombs on Gaza, approximately equivalent in tonnage, if not in destructive power, to the two nuclear weapons used against Hiroshima and Nagasaki. Ukraine, with its 500,000-plus dead, has essentially disappeared, temporarily, from discussion. Let us remind those of the Abrahamic faiths, that when Abraham attempted to sacrifice his son Issac “in obedience to God,” he was prevented by a voice. “And the angel of the Lord called unto him out of heaven, and said, Abraham, Abraham: and he said, Here am I. And (the angel) said, Lay not thine hand upon the lad, neither do thou any thing unto him.” We, in the trans-Atlantic world must now be the better angels of humanity, the majority of whom have not only spoken out against these present crimes, but are seeking a path forward which requires our victory.
