In London, the U.K. Ministry of Defense announced yesterday that it would be sending an emergency shipment of 200 anti-aircraft missiles to the Kiev regime in the wake of Russia’s most recent drone and missile attack against Ukraine. “We continue to stand by Ukraine’s defense, which is why today we are sending hundreds of air defense missiles to restock British-gifted air defense systems capable of striking down Russian drones and missiles with incredible accuracy,” Defense Secretary Grant Shapps declared. “Putin is testing Ukraine’s defenses and the West’s resolve, hoping that he can clutch victory from the jaws of defeat. But he is wrong. Ukraine’s degradation of the Russian Black Sea fleet has proven it is still in this fight to win. And today’s air defense package sends an undeniable message, in the face of Russian barbarity, that the U.K. remains absolutely committed to supporting Ukraine.”
