German Farmers Continue Protests, in Berlin Vigil, Other Demonstrations

Protest actions by German farmers and allies, though on a smaller scale than the Jan. 8-15 Week of Action, will continue in Berlin in the coming days. Several tractors remain parked in front of the Agricultural Ministry for a vigil. Tractors are also parked along the Road of June 17 until January 28.

Bavarian farm leader Bernard Perschl, addressing the Schiller Institute international youth dialogue Zoom meeting today, said that Jan. 28 will be another national protest demonstration by farmers, truck drivers, and many others.
