Kyrgyzstan state railway official Azamat Sakiyev reported yesterday at a public meeting, that China will issue $2.35 billion in loans for construction for the planned China-Kyrgyzstan-Uzbekistan railway line. He said the total cost to complete the project is in the range of $4.7 billion. No terms of the prospective loans have been made public.
