Evidently, it’s hard to keep a Ukrainian neo-Nazi commander down! Andriy Biletsky’s 3rd Assault Brigade has sent members on tour of nine European cities (in Poland, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, the Czech Republic, and Lithuania) from July 21 to August 2. Biletsky, the founder in 2014 of the infamous Azov Brigade, is an admitted white racist, who designed the Nazi swastika insignia for the Azov. Of note, his vision for Ukraine, from his “A crusade against the Semite-led Untermenschen”: “The historic mission of our nation in this critical moment is to lead the White Races of the world in a final crusade for their survival.” He heads the newly formed 3rd Assault Brigade, formed early in 2023 with former Azov members.
Today, the 3rd Assault Brigade announced that they had to cancel their events in Berlin, Rotterdam, Brussels, and Cologne “for security reasons.” After their successful gathering in Warsaw, public protests intervened to close down events in Berlin, Brussels, Cologne, and Rotterdam. RT noted that in Rotterdam, municipal counselor Simon Ceulemans explained that “there are many other ways to stay informed about the war” and that “such a rather controversial meeting is not necessary.” The Brigade declared that they still expected to appear in Prague and Vilnius.
Yesterday, prior to today’s cancellations, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov told RT that the tour was a “disgusting phenomenon” and “an ugly display of the Kyiv regime.” The stunt supports Moscow’s claim that there is neo-Nazi problem in Kyiv. He asserted that the government in Kyiv has become “one of the cradles of the revival of Nazism on the European continent,” and that the Western media outlets “are ready to support any of the ugliest manifestations of the Kyiv regime, just to continue the war to the last Ukrainian.”
