Scholz Claims Zelenskyy Accepts That Peace Talks Will Include Putin

“I believe that now is the time to discuss how we can get out of this war situation and achieve peace more quickly than it currently seems,” said German Chancellor Olaf Scholz in the Zweites Deutsches Fernsehen (ZDF) summer interview program on Sunday, Sept. 8. When asked whether there should be another peace conference between Ukraine and Russia, he replied: “There will definitely be another peace conference. And the [Ukrainian] President and I agree that it must also be one with Russia.”
