Scott Ritter's Video Message to Germans, at Munich Rally

Former UN weapons inspector Scott Ritter at the Munich Peace Festival at the Marienplatz

On Sunday, Sept. 1, Anti-War Day in Germany, demonstrations took place throughout the country, marking the day in 1939 when Germany had invaded Poland. With crowds of a few hundreds, or a few thousands, the rallies took place in many cities. The largest crowds were in Berlin and Munich.

American Scott Ritter, former Marine and UN weapons inspector sent a special short video, “To the German People,” that was broadcast to the Munich demonstration. He is performing a major role in making the necessity to stop the drive for nuclear war the foremost question in the U.S. elections, which take place nationally on November 5.. On Sept. 28, Ritter and allies plan to hold a national rally in Kingston, New York, and other cities and towns.
